Sony Xperia S Android Smartphone hands-on at CES 2012

This is the first phone to bear the Sony brand, as opposed to Sony Ericsson. One interesting feature is that it can take photos in 1.5 seconds even when the phone is not awake (it has to be powered on though). It also has a 12MP camera! The Xperia S features a 4.3-inch 720×1280 screen, 1.5GH dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and overall a pretty attractive, if somewhat plastic-y design.

Just receiving it in a few hours! white! but i´m still sad Sony doesn’t make any more qwerty phones :’(
When is this coming out?
well duh, gs2 is much older phone,, and its way too late,, the war zone it entered is full of phones much more powerful, quad core’s.. 2ghz dual cores etc,,, bottom line,, too late sony,, but awesome phone none the less

cant change the battery,Cant extend the memory, But the back cover is removable WTF
wish it had a micro sd card slot because I hate to carry the live dock for connecting usb drives

this phone won’t reign for long, considering mwc being next month. So it might be the best for a month or two before something better gets released. Although, the galaxy s2 might be faster than this phone.. considering the quality of its processor.
The only question i have to ask. Will I take it black or white ?
I used to be a droid fan… screw the razr, I’m getting this hands down. even if i have to switch carriers!
