You can just get a battery pack the size of your thumb to attach on your key chain/ring (3000 – 6000 mAh) – battery problem solved.

The S3 is delivered with 16 gb, while the HOX is delivered with 32.

Also, it seems that most professional reviewers prefer the HOX screen, due to it never over-saturating, having better brightness and a clearer picture.

In the end, though, it all comes down to personal preference. As most reviews tell you, these two are among the best phones you can get at the moment (if not *the* best). Some say that even iPhone 5 can’t topple them off that throne, but I reserve judgement on that until I’ve actually tried one. :)

You also have to consider that HOX is delivered with 32gb default, and quite honestly, most people won’t ever need any more than that, and you get 27gb on DropBox. The GS3 is delivered with 16gb, so to reach the same capacity you need to upgrade.

Also, if you get the American version of the GS3, you get a dual-core processor. HOX is quad-core in all countries.

Added to that, you need to take care when buying the GS3, since it is sold with both 2gb and 1gb memory.

I like how anyone who thinks the HTC is better than the GS3 can only talk about how the HTC one x LOOKS better, but can’t say anything about its features that are better than the GS3. “GS3 looks like a plastic toy, HTC one x all the way!” well, I rather have a phone thats slightly less attractive but can hold more memory, has a removable battery, has a better screen, has a better user interface, has a better front facing camera 1.9 compared to the HTC 1.3 cam, has a slightly bigger screen.

  8. lolvideowatch says:

    nope… 96gigs memory+ removable batteries make the GS3 boss

  9. x0767164 says:

I already had the 2 phones and opted the S3 because:

the battery is suck in the One X, the software is much more easily to touch, the position in the hand and in the pocket is much better, the buttons sound and unlock are situated in a much better place. But… the screen does not have much definition as the One X and the material of construction is weaker.

He is poking and prodding at very tiny differences between the phone because really they aren’t all that much different. I have a one x myself and find it to be a good phone, so basically to take away from this review is that both phones are entirely up to preference.

Enough with the HTC is better or Samsung is better. I have an HTC Raider and love it but switching to a Samsung. Theyre both great, let’s just agree that apple sucks

    iOS is good for optimization?!

  21. ryanrazer1 says:

Dude, get the Nexus, you wont be sorry. and use Iphone as a backup phone in case u loose nexus ;)
It’s true that some ROMs are unstable, but if u find the right one, that is not in a developement stage, it is stable for good. I installed costum on my previous phone and it was much better. The battery lasted longer, CPU frequency was higher… In short, PHONE WAS MUCH BETTER.. :)

  22. Sameer Raghuram says:

As for the dev friendliness, every Nexus has the raw form of Google’s Android OS. Hence the software/hardware optimization can be easily done. It is almost on par with iOS (the level of optimization ) in case of JellyBean.

  23. Sameer Raghuram says:

You are right, I have absolutely no idea about what I just said. I currently own an iPhone 4s (didn’t buy it, hand me down from my brother : / ). I have had the chance to use a Galaxy Nexus for a week though, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had on a phone. The size is perfect, it is zippy (JB) and the screen resolution is decent enough. I have been told that custom ROM’s are unstable sometimes, but I wouldnt know about it. I am still waiting for the new Nexus though :P

  24. morvorify says:

Enough with this fanboys shit “S3 SUCKS”/”THE ONE X SUCKS”…just stop..

Let’s all agree the Iphone sucks.

  25. Timbo2510 says:
