Ah yes, of course. That does not alter the fact that they did not replicate Apple’s work. Developing a similar product is far from copying. Ever heard of competition? You have to match what your competitors do or you’ll lose.
I am not biased in any way, but you cannot deny the criticisms this guy has made towards the Samsung tablet. I came here to decide what tablet to buy, the guy has reviewed fairly by the looks of it.

Samsung builds it? Umm no it doesn’t. Apple buys samsung’s GPU’s. CPU is Apple’s. Screens are made by Sharp. Assembly is by Foxconn, not Samsung.

Look at their phones and tablets. Aside from that stupid “patented” multi-touch screen underneath the glass and the rounded corners, nothing is the same. Pinch-to-zoom is common sense, and Apple has some features taken directly from Android. Also, capacitive buttons are much better than circular home buttons that kill themselves over time.
