I read this novel in grade 12. It been 4 years now waowww, Novel was was very sketchy. Mixing many religions and symbolism and what not. May be I should re read it. Anyway movie looks kewl,

yeah, i cant watch animals suffer; pretend or not. i could watch a person get shot in the face before i could watch someone tourturing animals. i suppose cause animals are completely innocent.

It’s pronounced pie, in the book his actual name was Piscine, pronounce “Pee seen”. Bullies made fun of him for it and called him Pissing so he shortened his name to Pi, like in math (3.14).
